At Vishlist, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our exchange policy before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • We offer two exchange options:
    • Pickup by Us – A pickup service is available at an additional charge based on the number of items you wish to exchange.
    • Self-Shipping – You can also choose to ship the item back to us at your own expense.
  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a wrong or damaged item), we will arrange a free pickup and exchange.
  • Made-to-order items, such as the Modi Jacket, are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Instead of directly shipping the exchanged product, we will issue a gift card of equal value to the item being exchanged. This gift card can be used to repurchase your desired product from our website.
  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose another product from our website using the issued gift card.

Important Notes

  • If you choose to ship the item yourself, the exchange process will begin only after we receive the product at our warehouse.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 hours of delivery and provide a photograph of the issue via email/ whatsapp. Failure to do so may result in the exchange request being declined.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only under the conditions mentioned above.
